Where we deliver

We deliver right across Canada, throughout the country. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. A tracking number is emailed once the order ships. If you are ordering from outside Canada, email us before you order so we can quote your address properly.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat $25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step.

You can also choose express delivery in the basket for $25. Express is a paid upgrade, so that charge applies to every express order, including orders that would otherwise qualify for free standard delivery. Pick whichever suits you at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are picked and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. The delivery estimate follows the 24 to 48 hour processing period.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
